Matt has 15 years of experience in design, permitting, construction administration, and grant procurement and administration. His experience includes a variety of stormwater modeling and design, roadway and water and sewer design for various municipalities and
agencies.
Lane has 29 years of experience in the design and management of public and private infrastructure improvement projects. His experience has been gained through numerous projects for the Florida Department of Transportation, local governments and private development clients. Lane takes a hands-on approach to meeting the needs of our clients. His experience includes major roadway reconstruction, roadway rehabilitation, utility rehabilitation, utility replacements, stormwater planning and design, and private development projects.
